This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Apeldoorn. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of LED lighting products, including conceptualization, design, development, and market introduction. Responsibilities include market research, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring product performance. The role also involves working closely with customers to gather feedback, ensuring product alignment with market needs, and driving innovation to enhance Shada’s product offerings.

• Product Development and Lifecycle Management skills, including the ability to oversee product conceptualization, design, and optimization.
• Strategic and Analytical Thinking skills, with a strong focus on market research, trend analysis, and customer insights.
• Collaboration and Communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Project Management experience with a proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Technical understanding of LED lighting solutions and relevant technologies is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or other languages is considered an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative mindset.
