Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and hands-on experience using Rally (CA Agile Central). The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, enable high-performing Scrum teams, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery through effective reporting and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to improve productivity and delivery quality
  • Manage and maintain Agile artifacts in Rally (user stories, backlogs, sprints, releases)
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, capacity, and dependencies using Rally dashboards and reports
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
  • Prepare and present project status reports, sprint reports, and release reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritized backlogs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure adherence to Agile governance, delivery timelines, and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through actionable insights from retrospectives and metrics

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework
  • Proven experience using Rally (CA Agile Central) for Agile project management
  • Experience in preparing project reports, sprint metrics, and dashboards
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple teams and complex project environments
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Nice to Have:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent)
  • Experience working in Scaled Agile / SAFe environments
  • Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar (in addition to Rally)
