Fullstack Developer

This is a remote position.

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across the full stack, from data models and APIs to user-facing interfaces
  
• Work primarily with TypeScript across backend and frontend systems
  
• Develop and optimize backend services (APIs, data access, background workflows) with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
  
• Build modern, high-quality frontend experiences using React, paying close attention to rendering performance, state management, and usability
  
• Take ownership of features from initial requirements through implementation, testing, and production release
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to clarify requirements and iterate on solutions
  
• Contribute to improving code quality, testing practices, and observability across the platform
  
• Work in a fast-moving environment where AI-assisted development plays a key role in how software is built and evolved.
  

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  
• +3 years of experience building production-grade web applications and distributed systems
  
• Strong experience working across the full stack, including:
  
• Backend development (Node.js, API design, relational or NoSQL databases)
  
• Frontend development (React, modern CSS, state management)
  
• Solid TypeScript skills and a strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, well-typed code
  
• A strong product mindset with an eye for user experience and the pragmatism to ship efficiently
  
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of features, and make sound technical decisions with guidance when needed
  
• Curiosity and openness to working with AI-driven development workflows and emerging web technologies
  
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English
  

• Experience with relational databases and/or event-driven architectures
  
• Familiarity with platforms, marketplaces, or extensible application ecosystems
  
• Knowledge of frontend architecture trade-offs (SSR vs SPA, performance, SEO)
  
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tooling (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring/observability)
  
• Interest or experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized/sovereign web technologies.
