We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our Analytics team in a development-focused role.

What you will do?

Analytics Development Support

• Assist in the development of analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing analytics solutions
• Contribute to solution testing, validation, and quality assurance
• Learn and work with enterprise analytics platforms
• Support the documentation of analytics solutions and processes
• Assist with analytics solution implementation activities

Technical Skills Development

• Build expertise in analytics platforms, tools, and technologies
• Learn data modeling principles and analytics best practices
• Develop knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Understand and apply data visualization best practices
• Develop reporting, documentation, and analytical communication skills
• Gain exposure to enterprise architecture concepts

Solution Support & Team Collaboration

• Support ongoing maintenance of analytics and reporting solutions
• Assist users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Support testing and user acceptance activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and learn from external consultants
• Participate in project meetings and agile ceremonies
• Share acquired knowledge and best practices with the team

What we are looking for?

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related area

Technical Skills

• Basic data analysis and analytical reasoning skills
• Understanding of relational database concepts
• Basic proficiency in SQL
• Familiarity with report writing and documentation fundamentals
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architectures
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Previous experience working with external consultants or within consulting environments
• Certifications in analytics tools, platforms, or related technologies
