Full-timeDesign, Art/Creative +1

ZOOP is building the social media platform of the next era — a verified, gamified, and tokenized mega-app where creators and fans earn together. Operating across Web2 and Web3, ZOOP enables verified human engagement, fractional ownership of creator success, and real-world economic rewards for participation.

As a Product Designer at ZOOP, you'll work across our mobile and web platforms to design intuitive, human-first experiences that support scalable creator-fan interaction and seamless engagement with tokenized rewards systems like ZOOPIES and the $ZOOP token.

What You’ll Do

  • Design across the product lifecycle — from research and ideation to execution and iteration.
  • Translate complex system mechanics (e.g., gamification, token rewards, staking flows) into elegant user interfaces.
  • Own and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure consistency across mobile (iOS, Android) and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ship features that are cohesive, thoughtful, and grounded in real user needs.
  • Execute lightweight user research and synthesize feedback to validate decisions and refine designs.
  • Contribute to cross-functional sessions and product rituals (e.g., roadmap reviews, usability audits, QA walkthroughs).
  • Partner closely with the Web3 team to ensure UX flows are inclusive for both crypto-native and mainstream users.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of end-to-end product design experience, ideally in fast-moving environments or complex product ecosystems.
  • Strong generalist capabilities across UX, UI, user research, prototyping, and systems thinking.
  • Experience designing for native mobile platforms (iOS & Android), with clear understanding of platform conventions and best practices.
  • Deep attention to detail — from spacing to micro-interactions, every pixel matters to you.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while engaging closely with cross-functional partners.
  • A mindset oriented around clarity, user value, and product velocity over over-engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; able to explain design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Figma (including auto layout, variants, component libraries, and tokens).

Bonus Skills

  • Animation or motion design experience (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Framer Motion).
  • Prior work in social platforms, creator tools, or gamified products.
  • Exposure to Web3 design flows (wallet connections, token gating, NFT integration).
  • Experience with designing referral, loyalty, or reward systems.
