Key Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master, you will play a central role in ensuring that Agile principles and the Scrum framework are well understood and properly executed within the team. Your responsibilities will include both delivery support and methodology coaching.

Project Follow-Up

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Schedule and track all key steps of the Agile methodology.
• Ensure smooth adoption and consistent application of Scrum across the team.
• Support the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog.
• Assist the team in delivering against the Definition of Done (DoD) and maintaining the Sprint Backlog.
• Track team velocity and capacity to inform sprint planning and progress reporting.

Agile Methodology & Coaching

• Coach and challenge the team to promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to team effectiveness.
• Act as ambassador of agile practices across the organization.
• Advise stakeholders on productive ways of interacting with the Scrum team.
• Report on Agile adoption and Scrum deployment to senior leadership.
• Ensure Agile risk and issue management practices are followed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum methodology, Agile frameworks, and project management best practices.
• Proficiency with Agile project tracking tools such as Jira.
• Strong understanding of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling.
• Experience in facilitating collaboration between cross-functional and international teams.
• Proven ability to shield teams from distractions and foster a focused, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English (C1).
