What You’ll Do

You’ll join our core engineering team and work closely with the founding team to design, build, and scale our HRIS platform. You should bring strong programming experience, a hunger to learn, and a love of solving real problems with clean code.

You’ll:

• Lead development projects from architecture to launch
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, well-documented code
• Own feature delivery for our core HRIS systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and customer teams
• Help shape technical culture, practices, and standards
• Grow into a leadership role as the team expands

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

• 3-5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong skills in PHP and TypeScript (Angular)
• Solid understanding of MySQL and relational database design
• Experience in agile teams and sprint-based delivery
• Familiarity with unit and functional testing
• Structured, focused, and self-directed working style
• A passion for impact—not just output

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Flutter and Go
• Background in cloud deployments and server maintenance
• Exposure to CI/CD workflows and tooling
