Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with proven success guiding cross-functional teams in a web agency or software development environment.
• Deep functional understanding of the Scrum Framework and its creative application to manage both complex software development and visual design workflows.
• Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (JavaScript, Nuxt/Vue, Git workflows, CI/CD) and the design process, including design handoff tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) for component-based development.
• Expert Proficiency in using and administering a major PM tool, such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana, including building custom workflows and dashboards.
• Proven ability to facilitate, manage conflict, and coach high-performing teams toward shared goals.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end web project lifecycle.
• AI Knowledge: General understanding of AI's capabilities, limitations, and strategic uses (e.g., optimization, automation, content generation) to improve team workflows and efficiency is a plus.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM I) is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process Leadership: Expertly facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Review, Retrospectives). Ensure ceremonies are productive, efficient, time-boxed, and result in actionable, continuous improvements for the team.
• Impediment Removal: Proactively identify, prioritize, and relentlessly resolve all obstacles (blockers) that hinder sprint goals. This requires active engagement and negotiation with all interfacing departments (Account Managers, Marketing, Design, and External Vendors).
• Clarity and Order: Serve as the primary owner of the Project Management tool (ClickUp), ensuring absolute transparency. Maintain a groomed, prioritized Product Backlog with clear, actionable items defined by established criteria (Definition of Ready).
• Team Coaching: Mentor the team and organizational stakeholders on the practical value of Scrum/Agile. Foster a culture of self-management, shared ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Reporting: Track and analyze key team metrics (e.g., Velocity, Cycle Time) to provide accurate forecasts, identify trends, and deliver clear, data-driven status updates on project health and risks.
