A boutique executive search firm is currently partnering with a leading client in the real estate sector to appoint a visionary Head of Data & Analytics.
The successful candidate will be accountable for executing an enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, ensuring it fully aligns with organizational goals. This role will provide leadership in the design, implementation, and governance of data management, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities — enabling evidence-based decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term competitive advantage.
The Head of Data & Analytics will lead and develop a high-performing team of data professionals, while fostering innovation in advanced analytics and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate corporate objectives into a clear, actionable data and analytics roadmap.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities to leverage data as a strategic asset.
- Align priorities across stakeholders and manage sprint-level trade-offs for efficient delivery.
- Deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational performance.
- Drive KPI alignment and standardization across departments, ensuring robust business tracking.
- Own the global data model and unification strategy, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable data platforms, tools, and advanced analytics (including AI/ML).
- Establish enterprise-wide data governance, ensuring data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data product managers, engineers, analysts, and scientists.
- Promote data literacy and strengthen a data-driven culture across the organization.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years’ proven experience in senior leadership roles within Data, Analytics, or BI.
- Demonstrated track record in executing enterprise-level data strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence at C-suite and investor level.
- Strong expertise in data management, governance, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Experience building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary data teams.
- Knowledge of cost centre management and strategic workforce planning.
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
