ALM DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support and develop secure, scalable development platforms and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in advocating DevOps best practices, strengthening security across ALM tooling, and supporting development teams in an agile environment.

What you’ll do

• Implement and promote security best practices across ALM platforms and CI/CD tooling
• Develop, document, and standardize secure infrastructure and software protocols
• Support development teams operationally with CI/CD pipelines and platforms
• Coach and guide teams, working closely with Product Owners on backlog prioritization
• Identify improvements in tools and ways of working and evaluate new technologies
• Onboard, train, and support users on development platforms and tooling
• Collaborate cross-team to deliver effective, secure DevOps solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps / ALM environments
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of code quality / lifecycle tools (e.g. Sonar)
• Experience coaching or leading technical teams
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and agile/lean ways of working
• Fluent in English
