We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support and develop secure, scalable development platforms and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in advocating DevOps best practices, strengthening security across ALM tooling, and supporting development teams in an agile environment.
What you’ll do
- Implement and promote security best practices across ALM platforms and CI/CD tooling
- Develop, document, and standardize secure infrastructure and software protocols
- Support development teams operationally with CI/CD pipelines and platforms
- Coach and guide teams, working closely with Product Owners on backlog prioritization
- Identify improvements in tools and ways of working and evaluate new technologies
- Onboard, train, and support users on development platforms and tooling
- Collaborate cross-team to deliver effective, secure DevOps solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps / ALM environments
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of code quality / lifecycle tools (e.g. Sonar)
- Experience coaching or leading technical teams
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and agile/lean ways of working
- Fluent in English
