The Opportunity

As our AI Engineer, you'll be the technical architect behind customer success, bridging complex AI technology with real-world business solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design compelling demos, solve technical challenges, and drive our go-to-market strategy while helping transform how businesses communicate and sell.

What You'll Be Doing

• Solution architecture: Design custom technical solutions and agentic LLM flows that address specific customer requirements, leveraging your engineering background to propose scalable implementations
• Build custom AI workflows optimized for our clients' needs using our proprietary agentic systems
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work directly with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive our GTM function while continuously improving our platform through customer-driven insights
• Customer relationship building: Build strong relationships with customers, including executives and technical leaders, serving as their trusted technical advisor

What We're Looking For:

• Strong ability to connect prospects' specific business problems with technical solutions and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with coding and strong interest in cutting edge AI systems
• Curiosity and the ability to quickly ideate and come up with testable MVPs and novel solutions
• Ability to remain calm and focused during demanding growth cycles
• Master's Degree or equivalent; bonus if in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Being open to business travel
• Fluent in English and (at least) 1 Scandinavian language

Bonus Points:

• Backend engineering experience - understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data infrastructure
• AI/ML experience or experience in similarly modern and highly technical industries
• Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements into product and engineering requirements
• Background in conversation analytics, communication data, or sales technology
• Consulting experience - we value the customer-centric problem-solving approach that consultants bring
• Startup or founding experience, especially in technical product development
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and modern software development practices
