We are expanding in Stockholm and are looking for a professional who combines strategic insight, commercial drive, and deep technical understanding to lead our Digital Architecture & Engineering (DAE) team.

Responsibilities

Commercial & Business Leadership

• Lead go-to-market initiatives and business development as the lead of Digital architecture & Engineering
• Work your network to continuously strengthen relationships, build trust and convert to business opportunities for your team and Cyber & Digital Risk as a whole
• Identify opportunities in AI, cloud, and digital resilience and translate them into profitable services and competency areas for our advisors
• Build and deepen C-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CISO, CRO) and position the practice as a trusted strategic partner.
• Take ownership of client relationships and contribute to scaling the practice across the Nordics.

Advisory

• Advise our clients on areas such as digital transformation, cyber resilience, and AI governance. Both you and your team members will be delivering value to our clients as advisors.
• Translate complex business challenges into technology solutions
• Help our clients manage cyber risk emerging from changes in technology
• Support in all dimensions – technology, people, processes
• Support clients on cybersecurity, privacy, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance (NIS2, DORA, AI Act, GDPR)

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop consultants in the DAE team.
• Build capability, inspire curiosity, and foster a culture of innovation and trust.
• Support scaling of the Digital Architecture & Engineering practice across the Nordics and Europe.
• Foster knowledge sharing and cross-regional capability building.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience - in digital architecture, cybersecurity, or technology advisory
• Experience with business development and sales, commercial leadership experience, alternatively striking personal abilities and motivation to succeed in this area
• Strong knowledge of digital security – both strategic and technical aspects. Areas may include cloud security, data governance, information security, regulatory frameworks (NIS2, DORA, AI Act, GDPR), AI security, industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST SSDF)
• Proven ability to bridge technical insight to business value.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Swedish
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Technology/Business Management, or other relevant degrees.
• People person and relationship builder
