Welcome to Pay and Get Paid within the Accounts & Payments Domain at SEB. We enable customers to pay & to get paid as frictionless as possible, whether it is private individuals, corporates, financial institutions, or internal business areas. We provide a wide range of products such as domestic commercial payments in our home markets, high value payments, instant payments, cross border payments, etc.

About The Role

As a Scrum Master, you'll act as servant leader/agile coachand promote agile principles and drive improvements by coaching two teams composed of developers, testers and Product Owner. You will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the teams and the way of working in them.

You will facilitate scrum ceremonies, refine the teams’ backlog, help organize and coordinate releases for the teams and lead continuous improvement efforts through regular retrospectives. You’ll ensure smooth and sustainable delivery flow while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Scrum Master and a supportive community of fellow Scrum Masters across the organisation

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

  • Knowledge of agile principles and has experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar facilitative role.
  • Strong organizational, coordination and facilitation skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Inspirational and communicative skills, with the ability to inspire others and foster open dialogue and collaboration.
  • An empathetic listener who values team input and believes in empowering people to build high performing teams.
  • Experience using Jira/ Confluence.
  • A background in development and/or testing is a requirement to help the teams in various aspects
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (DevSecOps).
  • Familiar with modern software development environments and processes.
  • Fluency in English.
