About You

• Stay open to learn and be a great team player with good communication skills (not a super star),

• Adopting preventative/shift-left testing approach by looking from a wider testing perspective,
• Attention to detail, strong sense of teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills,
• Give suggestion to automize manual tests,
• Have strong analytical thinking,
• Have ability to multi-task and prioritize work as necessary,
• Enjoy collaboration with a team to successfully complete projects,
• Working with cross functional teams,
• Requirement analysis,
• Experience in a startup is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing,
• Experience in writing test cases, preparing test data, and executing tests,
• Knowledge of software testing and verification methods (white-box/black-box testing, static/dynamic testing, unit/integration/system testing),
• Familiarity with quality assurance and defect management processes,
• Ability to prepare and maintain regression test sets,
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), coordination, and support,
• Ability to create test scenarios based on user stories and risk assessments,
• Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is a plus,
• Basic programming skills (preferably in Java) is a plus,
• Experience with RDBMS (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL),
• ISTQB certification is a plus,
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Testmo) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with a cross-functional squad to deliver high-quality software,
• Closely working with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders,
• Creating test scenarios based on requirements and user stories,
• Preparing test data and executing manual test cases,
• Performing exploratory and regression tests; reporting defects clearly,
• Supporting manual and, where applicable, automated test efforts,
• Proactively testing and reviewing web and mobile apps,
• Continuously evaluating and improving the testing process and test coverage.
