What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?


Employer Branding


  • Support the process of creating and maintaining an Employee Value Propositions (EVP) to ensure our message is reflective of the current employee Experience and company vision.
  • Executing employer branding activities in accordance with our corporate strategies
  • Ensuring that the annual communication plan is implemented within the scope of the budget
  • Planning and executing university (campus) events and developing content for employer brand presentations
  • Working closely with Corporate Communication teams to develop social media content
  • Working in collaboration with creative agencies for design and promotion of projects and events


Learning & Development


  • Developing learning programs in line with the overall company purpose and strategy
  • Support the design of our up-skilling and re-skilling agenda by connecting best learning resources with our learning programs
  • Cooperating with teammates in L&D, HRBP teams and relevant functions to understand the needs and co-create functional academies
  • Creating relevant branding, running communication campaigns, promoting and executing L&D initiatives across group companies and teams.
  • Creating the relevant skill and learning reports; analyzing the efficiency of learning tools and designs




What will be the qualifications we expect from you?


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Sciences and Business Administration or Engineering)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Min 4-5 Years of L&D and/or Employer Branding experience
  • Know-how on corporate learning is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
