We Are Looking For

Strong experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing an organization’s network infrastructure - spanning LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud systems. They ensure network stability, security, and efficiency, collaborating with IT teams to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Experience And Other Requirements (including Soft Skills)

  • Plan and deploy network architectures including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and wireless systems
  • Set up and configure network devices and services (DNS, DHCP, QoS, IPSEC).
  • Monitor performance metrics like latency and throughput; identify and rectify bottlenecks.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support; resolve network outages through in-depth diagnostics.
  • Implement firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption measures.
  • Apply patches, firmware updates, and coordinate scheduled equipment upgrades.
  • Maintain system diagrams, change logs, incident reports, and operational processes.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams (DevOps, security, support) on projects and escalations.
  • Good Understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills whilst engaging with colleagues and clients at various levels and functions.
  • Strong work ethic coupled with enthusiasm and passion
  • Good time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to understand the environment and start supporting it in very short time.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast network growth and plan for scalability to support future business needs.
  • Develop and maintain network backup and recovery strategies.
  • Support migration and integration of on-premises networks with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Use tools like Python, Ansible, or PowerShell to automate network tasks and configurations
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (ISO, GDPR, HIPAA) and assist during audits.
  • Conduct regular network health checks and benchmark against industry standards.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with hardware/software vendors and service providers.
  • Create SOPs, network diagrams, and training materials for internal teams.
