We’re looking for a Front-end Developer to help build a modern SaaS decision-support platform used in the aquaculture industry—an industry that plays a crucial role in feeding a growing global population in a sustainable way.

You’ll be part of a product-focused team building tools that directly impact how production decisions are made. Your work will help transform complex data and advanced models into intuitive, usable experiences for real users.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and customer-facing teams to ensure the product is both technically strong and genuinely useful.

This is a full-time position, based in Bergen. With flexibility for remote work.

What you’ll do

• Join a small, autonomous, cross-functional team that owns problems from idea to production
• Help shape not just the product, but also the engineering culture and ways of working
• Build high-quality front-end applications using TypeScript, React, and modern UI frameworks
• Contribute to a healthy, scalable architecture using best practices like TDD and CI/CD
• Turn complex and advanced domain logic into clear, accessible user experiences, working with designers and back-end engineers via REST APIs
• Continuously improve performance, usability, and maintainability
