Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development & Leadership

  • Lead the development and implementation of responsive, user-centric web interfaces for healthcare, medical, and wellness clients.
  • Take ownership of translating complex UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and high-performance front-end code.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices and high standards in front-end development.
  • Drive the technical direction of front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Lead efforts to optimize web applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

Collaboration with Design & Marketing Teams

  • Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of design concepts and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee front-end integration for SEO, CRO, and performance optimization initiatives, ensuring a positive impact on user experience and business goals.
  • Participate in the review and feedback process to ensure that design and development goals are aligned.

Website Performance & Optimization

  • Take the lead in optimizing websites for performance, scalability, and speed.
  • Ensure best practices for responsive design across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and implement accessibility guidelines (WCAG) to create inclusive digital experiences.
  • Stay on top of web performance trends, incorporating the latest optimization techniques into the development process.

CMS & Content Updates

  • Oversee the maintenance and evolution of websites built on CMS platforms such as WordPress, ensuring both performance and usability standards are met.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to update content, layouts, and page templates.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for CMS-related issues and challenges.

Quality Assurance & Debugging

  • Ensure robust testing of front-end features across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Lead efforts in identifying and fixing UI bugs and front-end issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Continuously enhance quality assurance processes to ensure that all development work meets or exceeds the team's standards.

Continuous Learning & Development

  • Stay updated with the latest front-end development technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Lead by example, actively participating in code reviews, fostering an environment of continuous learning, and encouraging knowledge-sharing among the team.
  • Participate in professional development programs and share insights with the broader team to foster growth.

Experience

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex web applications and projects.
  • Strong experience in developing responsive, high-quality user interfaces, with a focus on healthcare, medical, or regulated industries being a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or similar.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with advanced knowledge of modern front-end development practices.
  • Strong familiarity with version control systems like Git, and experience using collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design systems.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress, and familiarity with custom theme and plugin development.

Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
  • Expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.), CSS preprocessors, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, image optimization, and minimizing JavaScript bundle sizes.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript build tools, package managers (npm, yarn), and bundlers (Webpack, Vite).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices related to front-end development.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive development culture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive and driven to stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing solutions for healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing them in large-scale applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
