This role sits at the centre of G42’s turnaround, transformation and business performance agenda - acting as both the Group’s senior operator and the deputy to the CPBTO, leading high-stakes interventions across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will shape the foundations of a new Performance & Business Transformation function and orchestrate high-impact operational and financial performance initiatives across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Performance & Turnaround Leadership
- Lead rapid diagnostic assessments to identify operational, financial, commercial, or leadership value-creation opportunities.
- Establish disciplined execution routines with clear KPIs, accountability, and pace.
- Design, refine, and implement new processes, reporting structures, and operating models for the emerging Performance & Transformation function.
- Step into interim CEO/COO/CFO/CRO roles when required to restore leadership clarity, operational control, and execution momentum.
- Evaluate strategic pathways such as repositioning, partnerships, consolidation, divestments, or exit strategies.
- Help establish the Business Performance & Transformation function from the ground up.
- 15–22+ years of experience in turnaround leadership, restructuring, operational transformation, or performance improvement.
- Proven track record delivering complex organisational transformations and performance acceleration.
- Experience in Big 4 restructuring, PE-backed transformation, value creation, or COO/CRO-type mandates.
- Demonstrated success operating across multi-sector environments and high-growth, high-complexity portfolios.
- Experience building transformation playbooks, KPI governance, and execution frameworks.
