Senior Project Manager

Lead, plan, and deliver construction projects from initiation to completion in line with contractual requirements, budgets, and schedules.

Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, site management, subcontractors, and consultants.

Develop and monitor detailed project execution plans, programs, and resource allocations to achieve project objectives.

Ensure strict compliance with contract conditions, drawings, specifications, HSE regulations, and quality standards.

Oversee project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and commercial performance in coordination with the Commercial Manager.

Manage client relationships, chair progress meetings, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

Identify project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize delays, cost overruns, and disputes.

Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance KPIs, taking corrective actions where required.

Ensure timely procurement, approvals, and coordination of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Lead project close-out activities, including snagging, testing & commissioning, handover, and final documentation.
