JOB TITLE
Program Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Properties
ROLE SUMMARY
The Program Manager will play a key role in turning strategic ambitions into executable plans, overseeing program delivery from initiation to adoption. This includes managing stakeholders, ensuring robust governance, mitigating risks, and driving alignment across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with a deep understanding of digital transformation and data-driven execution.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and oversight of the large-scale, cross-functional program aligned with business strategy and transformation objectives.
- Define program scope, success metrics, milestones, and timelines in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, manage interdependencies, risks, and issues to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate effective program governance through steering committees, working groups, and structured executive reporting.
- Drive integrated delivery plans across workstreams and ensure alignment across business, data, and technology functions.
- Establish program-wide delivery best practices, including RAID logs, reporting standards, and change control.
- Ensure that data is effectively integrated across program workstreams and adheres to standards for privacy, quality, and governance.
- Serve as the program’s digital transformation lead, ensuring digital solutions align with strategic objectives and program goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management roles, with at least 5 years delivering digital, analytics, or transformation initiatives at scale.
- Strong experience in data-centric or digital programs, including involvement with data platforms, analytics tools, or smart infrastructure deployments.
- Skilled in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, and basic SQL for tracking progress, building dashboards, and driving performance visibility.
