Job description:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating government projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and timelines; report deviations and risks.
- Prepare project documentation, including work plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and progress dashboards.
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities in accordance with public procurement laws and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing procurement plans, tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluation reports.
- Liaise with technical teams to define specifications, scopes of work, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure all project and procurement activities comply with government regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
- Maintain procurement and project trackers, databases, and filing systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in project coordination and/or procurement, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
