An expert Project Manager. As AMEX GBT continues to grow and evolve, we need to bring our colleagues along the journey. This includes running significant change initiatives and projects that require meticulous planning and communication with key collaborators to pave the way for future growth and development.

WHAT You’ll Do

  • Project manage change initiatives that have a potential impact to our EMEA colleagues
  • Act as the main point of contact between business functions and HR partners to support consultation process
  • Document all initiatives that require Social Partners engagement: ensure business plan readiness from functional SMEs to support change process
  • Close the gap on information flow between different stakeholders and functions across the organisation
  • Be the single source of truth for all active Social Partners projects, including monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying risks, and addressing issues that arise
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of Social Partners meetings, preparing timely submission of materials and data
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and key milestones
  • Apply project management tools and AI to streamline processes and improve efficiency


Skills You’ll Have

  • Experience in project management with clear cut outcomes and results against tight timelines
  • Previous experience supporting HR change initiatives, or Social Partners engagement highly beneficial
  • You have meticulous attention to detail. I’s dotted, T’s crossed; you focus on producing work to the highest standards
  • Tools and technology are your thing; you enjoy using the latest tech to improve efficiency. (Experience with Smartsheet and/or other PM tools is advantageous)
  • Outstanding communication skills. You listen actively, advise kindly, speak with authority when needed, and write clearly and consistently.
