Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extensions. This role offers hybrid working, based in either Northampton or Glasgow, with the flexibility to work in the office 2 or more days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to successful delivery
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication across teams
• Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and escalations
• Provide strategic thinking to support digital and technology-driven change initiatives
• Conduct in-depth reporting, analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Implement change and transformation strategies in alignment with business objectives
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance, risk controls, and compliance standards
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis (CBA) to inform decision-making
• Coordinate project resources and manage timelines effectively

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in managing IT projects, with strong project management expertise
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align IT projects with organizational goals
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience with digital and technology change management
• Ability to handle risk and issue escalation in complex project environments
• Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and controls within IT projects
