The Opportunity

• My client, a leader in the Beauty industry has an exciting opportunity, to hire a passionate L&D Executive to join the APAC team.
• Dynamic & supportive work environment
• Location: Central - Hybrid Work Arrangements!
• Monday - Friday
• Salary: Up to $4500k
• One Year Contract (renewable subjected to performance and business directions)
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided!

The Talent:

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Management

• Strong organizational skills coupled with precise attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge in PowerBI will be an added advantage

Job Description

• Coordinate learning administration tasks (course setup, registration, communication, attendance).
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Prepare monthly budget reports and maintain dashboards for KPIs.
• Support vendor management and sourcing processes.
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and reviews for global and regional teams.
• Facilitate performance management, year-end processes, and engagement surveys.
• Provide regular reporting and analytics to HR and leadership teams.
