Tite: Full Stack Engineer

Duration: long-term contract, with an initial term of 6 months

Location: Remote

Job At a Glance

  • Team: AI Enablement team supporting centralized visibility across multiple AI tools and platforms.
  • Tech Stack: Angular (UI), Python/FastAPI (microservices), Postgres, Databricks with Unity Catalog, Azure (AKS).
  • Work Style: Highly independent role with support from one product partner and one engineering coach or mentor.
  • Role Focus: Design, build, and maintain a data-driven web application reporting usage metrics for AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development: Develop in TypeScript/Angular and integrate with FastAPI-based microservices.
  • UI & Application Design: Design and develop reusable UI components and highly available, low-latency, cloud-native applications.
  • Full SDLC Ownership: Participate in conceptualization, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Cloud Engagement: Work comfortably within the Azure cloud ecosystem.
  • Product Expertise: Develop subject matter expertise for supported products and components.
  • Agile Participation: Participate in retrospectives and estimation for new work and releases.
  • Problem Solving: Bring new perspectives to problems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Growth Mindset: Be driven to improve personal skills and existing ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a technically strong equivalent.
  • Frontend Experience: 3+ years using modern frameworks such as Angular.
  • Web Technologies: Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • API & Architecture: Experience integrating RESTful APIs with a solid understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Full-Stack Development: Experience building modern full-stack web applications.
  • Data Engineering: 3+ years working with Databricks, data engineering, and data schema design.
  • Containers: 3+ years using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Engineering Practices: Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Delivery: Experience building and shipping multiple large software products using agile methodologies.
  • Communication: Strong technical communication skills.
  • Learning Agility: Comfort learning new technologies and working with unfamiliar tools.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers.
  • Ambiguity Handling: Ability to work with vague requirements and support fast iteration.
  • Autonomy: High independence with the ability to make rapid, time-sensitive decisions without escalation.

  • Team Structure: Independent role outside of a traditional delivery team, supported by one product partner and one engineering coach or mentor.
  • Work Environment: Remote or onsite flexibility with no travel required.
