Salary & Benefits
- OTE of $75,000+
- Base salary ~$50,000 - 55,000

Role Description
This is a career-launching opportunity for an ambitious early-career seller. You’ll drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach to event organizers and decision-makers across a wide range of industries.
In your first 12–18 months, you'll:
- Become an expert in the product and events industry
- Shadow demos and onboarding to learn full-cycle sales
- Improve processes across sales and marketing alongside leadership
Long-term, you'll progress into roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Leadership — past hires have gone on to become General Managers. The company is scaling globally with real runway for career mobility.
About you:
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, resilience, and attention to detail and process are essential.
- Be ethically aligned and genuinely inspired by the business mission.
- Motivated by exceeding quotas and goals, and continually raising the bar.
- You want to build a career in sales and make an impact in a scaling business.
- Hubspot CRM experience and/or a SaaS background are beneficial (although not necessary).
- Openly seek feedback to continuously sharpen your skills.
