Job Role: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will translate user needs and business objectives into seamless designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.

• Design and iterate on UI elements such as buttons, icons, forms, navigation, and dashboards.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction.

• Ensure design consistency across platforms and maintain a unified design system.

• Incorporate feedback and business requirements into ongoing design work.

• Keep up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

• Optimize designs based on user analytics and A/B testing results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 3–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required).

• Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma etc.).

• Good understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into code (no need to code, but should work closely with developers).

• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

• Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.

• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Background: Experience working with product startups, design agencies, or VC-backed companies preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Background in animation or motion design is a plus.

• Familiarity with design systems like Material Design, Apple HIG, or custom component libraries.

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
