The Digital Team you’ll join is a cross-functional powerhouse responsible for all digital touchpoints along the customer journey - from brand awareness to customer advocacy.

IF YOU ARE

• An experienced marketing operations or digital project manager with 5+ years in building scalable processes and leading cross-functional teams
• Skilled at bringing structure to chaos using tools like Asana, HubSpot, CMS, and AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows
• A hands-on leader who knows how to guide content publishing teams and optimize operations without compromising quality
• Comfortable acting as the operational bridge between digital, content, ABM, events, and campaign teams
• Curious and open to experimenting with new tools and AI, always looking for smarter ways to work
• A proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships across teams and seniority levels, and can energize collaboration through clear, confident, and empathetic communication
• Confident in English by showing upper-Intermediate+ level, capable of explaining workflows, report progress, and collaborate across global teams
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Lead our Digital Content Marketing team, helping them publish articles, infographics, brochures, event pages, and nurturing emails faster and smarter
• Use a modern toolkit (CMS, HubSpot, Asana, analytics) to automate tasks, standardize processes, and improve cross-team collaboration
• Work closely with strategists, campaign managers, and creatives to ensure global campaigns are aligned and delivered on time
• Participate in weekly and quarterly insight cycles, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Be valued for your ability to connect operations with marketing strategy and drive meaningful impact
