Web User Interface Developer

RRVL One Tech is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Web UI Developer (SDE3) to architect and optimize our next-generation web applications. This role requires 6–10 years of professional experience with a mandatory minimum of 5+ years in React.js and Node.js development.

We are looking for an owner who can drive performance and technical excellence in a high-scale environment.

You will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance, large-scale UI systems, ensuring optimal user experience focusing heavily on Core Web Vitals and rendering efficiency. Experience in the e-commerce domain is preferred.

Mandatory Responsibilities & Scope

• Architect, design, and maintain highly scalable and performant UI modules using React.js.
• Build and integrate backend services and microservices using Node.js.
• Drive aggressive performance optimization across applications, focusing on load times, caching, and Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS).
• Lead UI feature development from architecture to deployment, owning end-to-end delivery of frontend modules.
• Conduct advanced code reviews, mentor junior/mid-level engineers, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Technical Expertise

Candidates must possess deep technical expertise in the following:

• Architecting complex UI systems using React.js for large-scale applications.
• Hands-on experience in performance optimization including bundle size reduction and rendering improvements.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Hooks, and Redux/Context API.
• Deep understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and backend integrations.
• Expertise in web performance metrics and optimization techniques.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern bundlers (Webpack/Vite/Babel).
• Proficiency using Agentic AI and GenAI assisted coding tools (like Cursor, Antropic Claude Code) for rapid development and optimization.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms with high-scale traffic (Preferred).
• Exposure to micro-frontend architecture (Preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (Preferred).
