We’re Hiring – Product Designer

Location: Delhi (Work from Office + Remote)

Experience: 3–8 year

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our growing product team and help shape intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a B2C product environment, understands end-user behavior deeply, and enjoys collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for B2C digital products
• Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure consistency across design systems and product experiences
• Balance business goals with user needs in a fast-paced environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience as a Product Designer
• Mandatory: Experience working in a product-based company (not service/agency)
• Mandatory: Experience designing for B2C products, preferably e-commerce
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work and problem-solving approach
• Excellent English communication skills—clear, confident, and articulate
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable taking ownership
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Formal education in Design (preferred but not mandatory)
