Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Alteryx MS Excel Python SQL Scripting and MS PowerPoint. This role involves analyzing complex datasets to drive strategic decisions and improve business outcomes. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets using Alteryx to identify trends and patterns that support business objectives.
Develop and maintain robust data models using SQL scripting to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Implement data-driven strategies by leveraging Python for advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using MS PowerPoint to facilitate informed decision-making.
Ensure data quality and consistency by conducting regular audits and implementing best practices.
Support the development of data governance policies to enhance data management processes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in data analytics to keep the team updated with the latest tools and techniques.
Optimize data collection processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and tools.
Contribute to the companys purpose by using data insights to drive positive societal impact.

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in Alteryx for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong expertise in MS Excel for creating complex formulas and pivot tables.
Proven experience in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
Extensive knowledge of SQL scripting for database management and querying.
Ability to create compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
