Product Manager

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the complete lifecycle of our product. You will be instrumental in defining a clear product vision and strategy, translating complex business needs into actionable roadmaps and detailed requirements for our engineering teams. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a data-driven approach, constantly monitoring metrics to guide prioritization. You will bridge communication gaps between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the clear vision, strategy, and long- and short-term goals for the product.
• Lead the Product Discovery process, including the identification of new business opportunities and market analysis.
• Manage and maintain the Product Backlog, defining and prioritizing features based on value and impact.
• Manage the product roadmap in direct contact with customers (stakeholders).
• Act as the central point of communication, ensuring clarity in task definition and the sharing of messages between development, business teams, and customers.
• Translate business and user needs into clear and detailed requirements for the engineering team.
• Monitor and analyze product metrics and performance to guide development and prioritization decisions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience with backlog management tools, such as Jira.
• A Plus: Experience in system integration projects and data mapping.
• English Proficiency (essential for the role).
• Leadership, Business Acumen, Project Management, and Analytical Thinking.
