IT Infrastructure Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support infrastructure-focused programs within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have recent experience delivering infrastructure and platform projects in financial services, working closely with cross-functional technology teams.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master on infrastructure programs (cloud, data centres, networks, platforms, or enterprise tooling)

Recent banking or financial services experience (mandatory)

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks applied to infrastructure delivery

Experience removing impediments, facilitating ceremonies, and driving delivery across complex environments

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
