Junior Project Manager

We are looking for several Junior Project Managers with a strong background in finance and finance systems to lead complex projects across ERP, CRM, and accounting platforms. This role requires exceptional delivery skills, stakeholder management, and change management expertise to ensure successful implementation and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of finance-related projects, including ERP and CRM implementations.
• Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements within finance and accounting functions.
• Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing expectations.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator in finance or finance systems projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms, accounting processes, and financial systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent delivery and project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable.
