You will be part of the New Economy and Transition Coordination Division within the Office of the Coordinator-General.

  • Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team to assist in delivery of project outcomes for large-scale development proposals by undertaking research, analysis


and interpretation of complex issues relating to coordinated projects, major projects, and use of project delivery mechanisms under the SDPWO Act;

  • Assist and support project coordination, management and whole-of-government consideration of major projects considering environmental, economic, and social impacts for coordinated projects;
  • Assist with providing technical advice and administrative support to ensure the effective and efficient coordination of statutory processes under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 (SDPWO Act) and the Strong and Sustainable Resource Communities Act 2017;
  • Assist in preparing briefing notes, policy papers, reports, speeches, Cabinet submissions and other assessment material to assist in the coordination of statutory processes;
  • Assist and participate in consultation with local, state and Commonwealth government agencies, community groups and the private sector on strategic planning, infrastructure policy, major project assessment, project approvals and land tenure issues;
  • Provide administrative support to project teams by assisting to develop and implement effective administrative and statutory processes and business improvement initiatives.
