What We Need From You

3–5+ years commercial experience in .NET (Backend) and React / Angular (Frontend).
Experience in writing unit tests and strong debugging skills. Commitment to best practices and high quality standards.
Communicative level (B2+) of English, both spoken and written.
Proven experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Ability to understand complex business cases and translate them into robust software solutions.
Proactive in identifying risks, solutions-oriented, and focused on continuous learning and improvement.

Your Daily Life In HTD Will Be Focusing Around

Delivering readable, maintainable software backed by solid automated tests.
Close collaboration with clients (and their dev teams) — with real influence on the product you’re building.
