Business Analyst – Brussels (Hybrid, Multilingual)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support process improvement, digitalization, and operational efficiency initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable insights, and helping implement practical solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, model, and optimize business processes.
• Gather, validate, and document requirements, creating clear specifications for technical and business teams.
• Support change initiatives and process automation projects.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders across business and IT.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in medium-to-large organizations.
• Experience with process modeling, documentation, and requirements management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Languages: Active knowledge of Dutch, English, and French.
• Hybrid work setup: combination of on-site presence in Brussels and remote work.
