Data Analyst Senior – GCP & Power BI - Retail / Luxe - Freelance

Contexte

Dans un environnement Retail/Luxe, au sein d’une équipe Data & Analytics centrale, vous interviendrez sur un projet stratégique de replatforming BI visant la migration d’un SI décisionnel legacy (SQL Server / cubes BI) vers une stack moderne GCP / BigQuery / Power BI.

La mission est fortement orientée pilotage de la performance business (Finance & Operations).

Objectifs & livrables

  • Production de dashboards d’analyse de performance à forte valeur métier
  • Traduction des besoins business en modèles analytiques fiables et lisibles
  • Conception de core data models (logique data product)
  • Documentation et contribution à la gouvernance Analytics

Responsabilités

  • Audit BI existant et analyse des écarts
  • Modélisation BigQuery & transformation des données
  • Développement de dashboards Power BI (DAX, UX, storytelling)
  • Interaction étroite avec les équipes métiers Retail
  • BAU : support, incidents, optimisations continues

Profil recherché

  • Data Analyst senior souhaitant évoluer vers un rôle d’Analytics Engineer,
  • Mindset business & valeur, capacité à parler le langage métier
  • 3–5 ans d’expérience en Data, dont ≥2 ans en Analytics
  • Appétence forte pour les enjeux Retail, Finance & Operations

  • SQL avancé & modélisation de données
  • Power BI expert (modèle, DAX, UX/UI)
  • GCP / BigQuery
  • Data Quality, Data Governance, documentation
  • dbt / Dataform / Dataiku appréciés
  • Français & anglais professionnels

Détails Missions

  • Localisation : Paris intramuros
  • Durée : 1 an renouvelable
  • Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine
