Project/Program Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing defence technology company seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead mission-critical defence programs and serve as the key interface with military and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex defence programs from initiation through delivery and sustainment.
• Act as the primary liaison for military, governmental, and strategic stakeholders.
• Oversee program schedules, budgets, deliverables, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, and supplier teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to defence standards, security requirements, and export control regulations.
• Lead negotiations related to program scope, contracts, and change/claims management.

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of program or project management
• Direct engagement with military entities (e.g., Bundeswehr, MoD, NATO) on complex technical programs would be a plus
• Strong capability in contract and claims management.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience managing military programs would be a plus
