What You Do

Allianz Partners are seeking internships from a computing or technical background to support our Global Digital & Process Transformation function. These roles are within our global Heath insurance business and will directly support our change agenda within our Operations function. As part of our team you will gain hands on experience working with real datasets, AI enabled tools, automation platforms and scaled transformation programs across a global site footprint. This role is ideal for students interested in:

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Assist in consolidating operational performance data across regions .
• Support enhancement of data models to better track growth, efficency and cost trends.
• Create and refine dashboards for leadership reporting.
• Contribute to standardisation of operational metrics and reporting taxonomies.
  
  

Digital Tools, Automation & Conversational AI

• Help build and test small sclae automations, AI workflows and chatbots.
• Support the configuration of no code/low code workflow tools.
• Particiapte in bot-intent training and conversational improvement.
• Support backlog management and QA testing for automation improvements.
• Assist in documenting workflows and data dependencies
  
  

Transformation Quality & Change Support

• Contribute to change managmenet mapping and user guides.
• Track adoption metrics for implemented solutions.
• Support data quality improvements.
• Conduct user sentiment analysis and feedback capture.
• Help maintain documentation for governance and standardisation.

What You Bring

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/experience:

Required

• Working toward a degree in Computing / Software Development / Data Science / Information Systems or similar.
• Some experience in digital transformation tools.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable learning new tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Internal
  
  

Nice To Have

• Exposure to AI/ML methods.
• Experience with data visualisation tools.
• Understanding of API’s and system integration requirements.
