🔍 Your Role:

As a Business & Service Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing innovative products and services that meet the highest standards of desirability, feasibility, viability, and sustainability. You’ll follow the double diamond methodology, conducting customer research, creating prototypes, and facilitating workshops to design and refine solutions that delight users and drive business value.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute user research, translating insights into actionable deliverables.
• Develop value propositions, customer archetypes, journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to align on the vision and goals.
• Build comprehensive business cases with financial forecasts and strategic alignment.
• Support UX/UI and product teams by creating prototypes, wireframes, and user flows.

🎓 What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in business/service design, UX/CX strategy, or innovation consulting.
• Expertise in Design Thinking methodologies and creating impactful deliverables.
• A strategic mindset with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Miro, FigJam, or Mural, and a knack for interpreting data.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and English is required.

💼 Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in coaching junior designers.
• Background in the telecom or service sector.
• Familiarity with behavioral design, UX, or growth hacking.

📍 Location:

Hybrid role based in Brussels (min. 2 days/week in-office at North Station).
