Role: Business Development Manager (Crypto / Web3)
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our platform by building strong partnerships and expanding our markets. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and contributing directly to revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships to support business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and support regional expansion.
- Manage the full business development process, from outreach to onboarding.
- Work with Marketing on campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and improve results over time.
- Research market trends and competitors to spot growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at events and meetings when needed.
- Work with internal teams to ensure partnerships run smoothly and compliantly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
