If you have:

• Experience in a similar role with a solid knowledge of Estonian labor legislation
• Proactive approach with a can-do attitude
• Ability to prioritise, plan and manage multiple projects in a cross-cultural environment
• Good computer proficiency, especially MS Excel
• Accuracy, high sense of responsibility and ability to analyze and process large amount of data
• Excellent command of English and Estonian, allowing you to confidently communicate and cooperate with colleagues across the Baltic organisation

We entrust you with:

• Preparation and management of employee documents throughout the whole employee lifecycle
• Advising managers and colleagues on issues related to labor legislation and HR processes, supporting improvements
• Preparation of various reports where needed
• Participation in the implementation of various HR management projects, processes and in the development of documents

Rimi office location: Our current office is located at Põrguvälja tee 3, Pildiküla, Rae Parish, Harju County. In March 2025, Rimi's office will relocate to Laagri.
