Title: Business Analyst

Location: Luxembourg City

Language: English and French both mandatory

Onsite/Offsite: 5 Days at onsite office

French Speaking, 10+ years of Exp on ServiceNow. Experience in CSM, ITSM, Integrations, ServiceNow On-prem instance implementation experience

Certifications - CIS - CSM / ITSM, CSA, ITIL v4
