Requirements
- 10+ years of experience on ServiceNow
- Experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in CSM, ITSM, Integrations, ServiceNow On-prem instance implementation experience
- Certifications required - CIS - CSM / ITSM, CSA, ITIL v4
- English + French B2 /or Luxembourgish B2
