Requirements

• 10+ years of experience on ServiceNow
• Experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in CSM, ITSM, Integrations, ServiceNow On-prem instance implementation experience
• Certifications required - CIS - CSM / ITSM, CSA, ITIL v4
• English + French B2 /or Luxembourgish B2
