Your mission
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Data Team. In this role, you will leverage data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions across marketing, finance, and operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable business stories.
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing datasets from various internal and external sources.
Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation initiatives.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across and automate regular reporting processes.
Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities through exploratory data analysis.
Collaborate closely with tech, marketing, business developers, and finance teams to support strategic decisions with data insights.
Define and measure key performance metrics that align with business objectives, ensuring data-driven evaluation of performance marketing.
Work with the data engineers to improve data pipelines and data quality.
Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year of experience in a data-related role.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, etc).
Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Interest in ETL/data pipeline concepts (Airflow, DBT, etc.), hands-on experience is a plus.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, retention, churn, ROAS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS services (Redshift, S3, Athena, QuickSight).
Familiarity with Django and web analytics tracking (Google Ads,TAG manager, etc.).
Experience with version control (Git) and dashboard embedding in web applications.
Statistical or machine learning knowledge for forecasting and predictive modelling.
Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand “why” behind the numbers.
Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
