You & your role

As a Scrum Master, you know the secrets of coaching and facilitating teams to bring out the best in themselves. You are responsible for guiding three squads within the Digital & Customer Interaction (DCI) Tribe, where you work together with your team on innovative solutions that make a real difference for our customers. You ensure optimal collaboration, encourage continuous improvement, and create an environment where everyone can develop and contribute to Rabobank’s mission.

Inspiring practical examples

• You lead a squad through a complex release, removing obstacles together and celebrating successes.
• You facilitate a retrospective where the team creates new working agreements to increase customer satisfaction.
• You coach a colleague in developing Agile skills, making the team more independent and effective.

In broad terms

You are responsible for setting up and maintaining the Scrum framework, leading sprint planning, facilitating reviews and retrospectives, and coaching teams in self-organisation. You work closely with the Product Manager and ensure transparent reporting. This is how you share your talent 40 hours per week as Scrum Master at Rabobank.

You & your talent

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software development.
• Experience guiding Agile teams in complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps and managing run/change activities in parallel is an advantage.
