Epassi is growing and we are looking for a Project Manager to support our group wide growth. The position can be based in Helsinki, Finland, Hamburg or Bremen in Germany or Milan in Italy

As a Project Manager You Will Be Responsible For

Managing and driving projects to success by fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations.
Identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for successful project execution.
Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting progress.
Supporting change management initiatives to achieve project goals.

You will be a great fit if you have

Experience: At least 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in an international context.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Language: Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Jira, or Trello.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus but not essential
Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
