About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, energetic, and analytical Senior Product Manager with a strong business mindset, excellent communication skills, and a rock-solid technical foundation. You will own and evolve Intermedia’s mission-critical billing and quote-to-cash systems, ensuring our global partner and customer ecosystem is billed reliably, accurately, and at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, and operations. You will be a champion for our partners, driving billing capabilities that support multi-tier reseller models, flexible pricing, and seamless channel experiences.

This position is not for the faint of heart—billing is complex, dynamic, and central to our business success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Intermedia’s billing and quote-to-cash systems.
  • Drive platform evolution to improve scalability, accuracy, and automation while supporting new products, pricing models, and partner-driven revenue streams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Support to deliver high-impact solutions that balance business needs with technical trade-offs.
  • Translate customer and partner requirements into clear product initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Champion partner-first experiences in billing, including seamless reseller flows and self-service capabilities.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, and identify opportunities to improve billing workflows, customer/partner experience, and internal efficiency.
  • Represent billing platform strategy with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise billing, subscription management, or quote-to-cash systems.
  • Deep understanding of B2B billing flows, subscription models, and partner/reseller ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in financial and operational data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with leading billing or Q2C platforms (e.g., Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or large-scale in-house platforms).
  • Familiarity with partner/reseller billing complexity (tiered pricing, discounts, commissions).
  • Experience with usage-based billing and subscription monetization models.
  • Proficiency with AI-driven tools for product management productivity (e.g., research, requirements drafting, data analysis, workflow automation).
  • Interest in applying AI/ML to billing or financial systems (e.g., anomaly detection, collections optimization, LLM-powered support tools).
  • Strong technical aptitude; able to dive into data models, APIs, and integrations to inform product strategy.
